Chef Daniel Siriman from Monsoon Harvest at the Yarraville Community Centre (YCC) first takes you on a tour of Melbourne’s inner-west showing where to source the best Sri Lankan ingredients.
On returning to the YCC, there’ll be traditional street food snacks ahead of a cooking class where the ingredients from the shopping expedition become a feast to be shared at the end of the class, paired with matching wines.
